1970-1989

In 1968 Sir Francis Chichester sailed single-handed around the world in his yacht Gipsy Moth IV, completing his journey in 274 days. The yacht was taken around the country and displayed in major towns & cities.Here she is on that trip, outside Talbot House, where she was on display, & kept safe overnight, before resuming her journey next day.
