The photograph regarding the Mini’s in a rally, I can give you some detail.
The event was the Nightwatch Rally, organised by the federation of british police motor clubs, this event was in 1967
The crew of the last mini in line, WBW993, were Constable Anton Turner who was in charge at Berkeley Road on the A38. The driver was Constable Andrew Hampton.
All three cars completed the rally, but no silverware.
The car driven by Ron Savage had been borrowed from a local garage!
