Attached is a photo of my Great Grandfather Police Constable 317 Joseph Bateman taken outside Iron Acton Police Station about 1905.
Also in the picture are six of his children (they went on to have 13!)
Joseph died on 22nd January 1922 and was married to Clara Jane Bateman (nee Davis)
