Winifred Elizabeth Vincent.Warrant number 4170. She was born in Bristol on 13-12-1884 joined the police in Gloucestershire on 1-7-1919 and resigned on 9-4-1920. She gave the reason that she had been a school teacher before she was a policewoman and was returning to teaching.
