The incident took place on 23rd March 1987 when Police Constable 1230 Simon Mills was driving Ford Granada C649 SFH. Also included is a picture taken at Bamfurlong the day after the incident with me sat on the bonnet. Workshops had got the car going again though when it dried out it stank.
Amazingly Workshops got the car going again the next day.
