This photo was taken in London Road, Cirencester, in 2012. It was the Cirencester leg of the Olympic Torch journey. To the right of the Olympic Torch carrier is PCSO Paul Hancock. Just behind him is a Police Officer, who I can’t identify. Looks like this Police Officer has a 3 digit collar number, last 2 numbers being 33?
