  • I lived in the Parkend Station in the 1950’s when my father Denis Cason was the village policeman. Coldest house I ever lived in , it had two cells in the cellar . Denis had an old police bike to patrol the area which was very hilly. He was very happy when his Velocette motorbike arrived.
